This page lists every cookie the Service sets in your browser. Cookies are small pieces of data a site stores on your device and reads back on later requests. We also store your light/dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage — that is not a cookie, it is never sent to our servers, and you can clear it at any time.
Keeps you signed in. It holds a signed token naming your account and when the session was issued — never your password. It is HTTP-only, so scripts on the page cannot read it.

Set only while a Google sign-in is in progress. It carries the anti-forgery state value, the PKCE verifier, and where to send you afterwards. It is deleted as soon as you return from Google, whatever the outcome.

Remembers the interface language you chose, so you are not switched back to the default on every visit.

An older cookie named sophie_auth held the signed-in name without a signature. It is no longer set, and we delete it wherever we still find it. If you see it, clearing your browser data for this site will remove it.
There is no advertising and no cross-site tracking in the Service. We do not run Google Analytics, we do not embed advertising or social-media pixels, and we do not set any third-party cookies. Nothing here profiles you across other websites.
We do measure how the Service is used — sign-ins and page-view totals — but that works differently from what this section used to rule out: it is counted by our own server against your account, it uses no cookies at all, nothing is shared with anyone, and nothing follows you off this site. The Privacy Policy describes it in section 2.
Because the cookies above are either strictly necessary to provide the Service you asked for or remember a preference you chose, we do not show a cookie consent banner — there is nothing optional to consent to. If that ever changes, we will ask first.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the two essential cookies will stop you signing in, because the Service relies on them to know who you are and to complete a Google sign-in safely. Blocking NEXT_LOCALE only means your language choice is not remembered.
